I've had nothing but good experiences. Im a do it your selfer, mainly because I don't trust anyone else working on my car, but anytime I don't have time to do it myself the only shop I trust is Keane's. He gets it in and out quickly, and the job has always been done correctly the first time at extremely reasonable price. One of the most knowledgeable vw specialty guys i've come across. I would and do recommend him to anyone I know. Well worth driving over the outer bridge to get the car to him.
